Colliers International has hired Julie A. Johnson and Alexandra Loye, a leading medical office and senior housing team in Arizona. The duo has moved their healthcare brokerage practice to the firm's Phoenix office. Johnson will serve as EVP and Loye as SVP.

Johnson brings 25 years of experience to the firm, while Loye is a nine-year industry veteran. The team will focus on medical office and senior housing leasing, sales and site selection. Both have been top producers in the market.

The addition of this brokerage team also represents and expansion of the healthcare platform at Colliers International.
