CHICAGO—Co-working office space provider WeWork has signed its 12th lease deal in Chicago. The New York City-based firm has signed a lease for more than 90,000 square feet at 625 W. Adams St.

WeWork reports it plans to open the new facility on Nov. 1 and will be occupying space on floors 18 through 20. The deal brings WeWork's portfolio in the city to more than 1 million square feet, which makes the firm the largest tenant of leased office space in Chicago, according to the Chicago Tribune.

The anchor at the building developed by White Oak Partners, CA Office and Vanderbilt Partners is CDW, which leased approximately 300,000 square feet at the 20-story, 438,000-square-foot tower in the West Loop.
