CHICAGO—Co-working office space provider WeWork has signed its 12th lease deal in Chicago. The New York City-based firm has signed a lease for more than 90,000 square feet at 625 W. Adams St.

WeWork reports it plans to open the new facility on Nov. 1 and will be occupying space on floors 18 through 20. The deal brings WeWork’s portfolio in the city to more than 1 million square feet, which makes the firm the largest tenant of leased office space in Chicago, according to the Chicago Tribune.

The anchor at the building developed by White Oak Partners, CA Office and Vanderbilt Partners is CDW, which leased approximately 300,000 square feet at the 20-story, 438,000-square-foot tower in the West Loop.

“In addition to a great location and proximity to transit options, WeWork 625 W. Adams will provide our members with beautiful, flexible workspace and access to a wealth of retail, dining and residential amenities being developed in the area,” says Megan Dodds, Midwest general manager for WeWork. “By continuing to expand in Chicago, we look forward to providing more companies of all sizes with the space and global community they need to succeed.”
