Interwest Capital Corp. has acquired The Lennox, a garden-style apartment community in Las Vegas for $20.6 million from WGH Partners.
Located at 430 E. Cactus Ave., the property has 100 apartment units with a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans.
Berkadia managing director Brian Anderson and associate director Jared Glover of the firm's Las Vegas office, along with managing director Vincent Norris and associate director Eric Norris of Berkadia's Los Angeles office together completed the sale on behalf of the property's seller.
