Developer the Statesman Group has brought the second-phase residences in its $145 million luxury condo project The Luxe to the market. The second phase features 35 residences with two- and three-bedroom floor plans and penthouses ranging in size from 1,636 to 2,281 square-feet, priced from the high $600,000s.

The community is located in the Desert Ridge area of Phoenix. The first phase of the project broke ground last month and has already sold out.

The community includes white-glove concierge, a full-time lifestyle director, a Member Services team member and an exclusive VIP program that connects homeowners with top-tier service providers to offer special discounts.
