Aspen Heights Partners and Canyon Partners Real Estate have started construction on a 290-unit apartment project in the Symphony Park masterplan community in Downtown Las Vegas. The project is located in an opportunity zone.

The 4-acre project is one of the first to break ground in the 61-acre Symphony Park masterplan community. It includes two-level townhomes on the ground floor and 12 loft-style penthouse apartments on the top floor, as well as approximately 4,300 square feet of ground floor retail and restaurant space.

Architectural firm CallisonRTKL is designing the project.
