BAYONNE, NJ—Woodmont Properties of Fairfield, NJ, recently hosted a ribbon cutting celebration for Woodmont Bay Club, a new 220-unit luxury community here.

The four-story waterfront community features studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom homes, up to 1,500 square feet in size.
