NEW YORK CITY—David Hollander and Neil King have been promoted to vice chairmen at CBRE. Hollander has served as an EVP and worked at the firm for more than 25 years, since June 1994. King who began at CBRE in November 2007 was also an EVP, working at the brokerage for approximately 12 years. Both executives have consistently been top producers at CBRE.

Hollander's long-standing clients include Fortune 500 corporations, and media, advertising, public sector, finance and law firms within Manhattan. Throughout his career, Hollander has consistently been within the company's top 3% of producers nationally.

King represents corporate tenants and is known in the industry for his landlord repositioning and leasing expertise. He currently represents more than 15 million square feet of office assets and has completed more than 11 million square feet of leasing transactions across New York City, representing both landlords and tenants.

Multiple times throughout his career, King has been in CBRE's top 10% of producers nationally, also achieving the status of being in CBRE's top 3% of producers in 2016 and 2018.

Matthew Van Buren, president of CBRE's northeast division, notes Hollander's reputation includes his representing financial firms and some of the world's most powerful tech companies in the New York office market. Most recently, he represented BounceX in their relocation, taking 79,000 square feet at One World Trade Center.

Van Buren also commends King for his reputation of dedication to his clients and their businesses. “Neil's ability to connect with people has created fruitful partnerships that result in some of New York City's most talked about deals, like Netflix's 104,000-square-foot lease at Normandy's 888 Broadway,” he says.

Savanna Partners recently selected Hollander as the exclusive leasing agent for their 500,000-square-foot office tower at 521 Fifth Ave. Some of Hollander's other clients includes Google, Avenue Capital, The Hunt Companies, Dentsu/McGarry Bowen, Visa, Charles Schwab, Nippon Life, Charter Communications, Mack Cali and CUNY.

King's active client roster includes investors Hines, Normandy Real Estate Partners, Rockpoint Group, Oxford and Nuveen, as well as occupiers Antares Capital, Compass, Bionic and Melvin Capital. Highlights of King's recent transactions also include the Netflix deal at 888 Broadway and Compass' 84,000-square-foot lease at 110 Fifth Ave.
