Los Angeles-based developer LaTerra Development has broken ground on two apartment projects in Southern California, a 49-unit development in Santa Monica and a 50-unit project in Santa Monica.

Broadway & Cloverfield in Santa Monica will include five affordable apartment units as well as 8,500 square feet of amenities and 10,711 square feet of ground floor retail. Santa Monica & Yale will include four affordable units and 12,000 square feet of amenities and 10,337 square feet of retail in two three-story buildings.

Both projects are scheduled to deliver in fall 2020.
