Self Storage Association Names New Board Members

Belinda Rosthenhausler, David Brown and Matthew Hall are the three new Arizona leaders.

The Arizona Self-Storage Association has named three new board members, Belinda Rosthenhausler, David Brown and Matthew Hall. In addition to the three new members, the association, which represented the self-storage industry throughout Arizona, re-elected seven other members.

David Brown is the director of self-storage at Wentworth Property Co.; Matthew Hall works in operations management at Stadium Properties and Belinda Rosthenhausler is the assistant VP of commercial sales at Clear Title Agency of Arizona.

Re-elected board members include Bill Alter of Rein & Grossoehme Commercial Real Estate; Diane Gibson of Cox Armored Mini Storage Management, Inc.; Jeff Gorden of Eagle Commercial Realty Services; Dave King of Wentworth Property Co.; Martin Lorch of BPI Capital Management, Inc.; Ray McRae of Arizona Mini Storage Management Co./Storage Solutions; and Chris Rudel of The Rudel Co.
