JACKSONVILLE, FL – JLL has announced it is adopting a new regional model that will unite its industrial brokers in Central Florida.  JLL Florida Market Director Tim Rivers is leading the initiative across the Orlando, Tampa and Jacksonville markets.

The model allows team members to work outside their local market on projects that specifically suit their backgrounds. These projects range from construction management to tenant representation. One result of this initiative, JLL says, is that teams have communicated more often.

JLL's Central Florida Industrial team of 11 brokers has completed nearly 23 million square feet of lease and sales transactions within the past year. The team is also currently representing 30 million square feet in agency listings, as well as an additional 5,000 acres of vacant land.
