Manufacturing owner-user Precision Screen & Security has acquired the former Watson Laboratories Site in Corona for $26.6 million from America YouCare Pharma.

Located at 2455 Wardlow Road, the property is a rare find in the Corona market, where 90% of product is smaller than 100,000 square feet. It has formerly been occupied by pharmaceutical companies Watson Laboratories and America YouCare Pharma.

CBRE's Sonya Schmidt represented the buyer, with local market assistance provided by Erik Wanland. CBRE's Jeff Carr and Chip Wright represented the seller.
