The Bascom Group has sold The Edge at Traverse Point in Henderson Nevada for $60.7 million to New York-based private investor, Securities Properties. The Edge at Traverse Point is a 296-unit garden-style apartment complex.

Located at 1131 Wigwam Parkway, the property is located near Bruce Woodbury Beltway, Reunion Trails Park, Railroad Lake and the shops and restaurants along Wigwam Parkway. SP plans to implement a light industrial strategy.

Managing director Brian Anderson and associate director Jared Glover of Berkadia's Las Vegas office represented the seller.
