CBRE Appoints Lead Global Portfolio Strategist
Elisabeth Troni will focus on the firm’s Global Real Asset Solutions initiative.
LOS ANGELES–CBRE Global Investors has appointed Elisabeth Troni to be Lead Global Portfolio Strategist, as part of the firm’s Global Real Assets Solution Initiative—a universe that includes CBRE Global Investors’ $107 billion real assets investment platform, CBRE Global Investment Partners, CBRE Caledon infrastructure and CBRE Clarion listed real assets. It is a space that offers real estate and infrastructure investment opportunities and various formats, such as equity and debt, listed and unlisted, and direct and indirect strategies through separate accounts and commingled funds.
Troni will deliver portfolio design and investment recommendations across real assets categories, structures and geographies. She will also coordinate with the firm’s research, investment strategy and execution and client engagement teams to determine strategy implementation for clients’ objectives.
Troni was previously Cushman & Wakefield’s Head of EMEA Research and Insight, serving on the firm’s EMEA executive leadership team. With more than 20 years of industry experience, Troni also sat as a Global Portfolio Strategist for Aberdeen Asset Management and UBS Global Asset Management. She additionally served as a Senior Research Fellow for the Institute for Public Policy Research. Troni attended Columbia University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science. She is currently a member of the Urban Land Institute, Society of Property Researchers and the Investment Property Forum.
