BELLEVUE, WA—Earlier this year, Amazon pulled out of expansion plans in Seattle after clashes with local planning and development representatives but as of today, Bellevue holds the green light for a 43-story Amazon tower, according to a number of sources. The property would be constructed on one side of the $195 million Bellevue Corporate Plaza Amazon purchased in April. It reportedly will have the capacity for thousands of employees.
