Long-Delayed American Dream Mall to Open in October
The opening will include the launch of the mall’s indoor Nickelodeon Universe Theme Park and DreamWorks Water Park—16 acres of fully enclosed family amusement experience; Big SNOW Ski and Snowboard Park – North America’s 1st indoor snow sports center; the Ice Rink—a NHL‐size skating and hockey facility and Angry Birds 18‐hole Miniature Golf experience.
EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ—Developer Triple Five Group has announced that its nearly 3 million-square-foot American Dream Mall will open for business here on Friday, Oct. 25.
The opening will include the launch of the mall’s indoor Nickelodeon Universe Theme Park and DreamWorks Water Park—16 acres of fully enclosed family amusement experience; Big SNOW Ski and Snowboard Park – North America’s 1st indoor snow sports center; the Ice Rink—a NHL‐size skating and hockey facility and Angry Birds 18‐hole Miniature Golf experience.
Triple Five Group of Companies owns two of the largest shopping and entertainment centers in North America—Mall of America and West Edmonton Mall and is also developing American Dream Miami.

American Dream will house diverse retail, dining, entertainment and fashion experiences including: the Coca‐Cola experience, featuring the Coca-Cola Social Lounge; Merlin Entertainments’ LEGOLAND Discovery Center & SEA LIFE Aquarium; CMX Luxury Movie Theatre; Munchies Food Hall; Kidzania – world‐renowned role‐playing experience for kids; American Dream Observation Wheel; Performing Art Center; and more than 100 dining and specialty food offerings including more than 20 full‐service restaurants, Coca‐Cola “Eats” Food Hall and Kosher Food Hall. The Collections at American Dream will be anchored by Saks Fifth Avenue and Barneys New York and will feature Hermes, Tiffany & Company, Dolce Gabbana, Moncler, Watches of Switzerland among the luxury and fashion retailers leasing space at the property.

In late June, American Dream announced a 10-year partnership with The Coca-Cola Company and its local bottling partner, Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages on a multimillion-dollar program that will fully-integrate Coca-Cola’s portfolio through dining, fashion, music, art and entertainment at the property.
American Dream will include more than 450 retail, food and specialty shops, along with more than 15 entertainment offerings. The complex projects 40 million visitors annually.
