Two tenants have fully leased the Airport Distribution Center in Ontario. The property owner split the property into two units, generating 15% to 20% higher rents that a single-tenant warehouse. Esperia Holdings and Technical Consumer Products both signed leases at the 250,000-square-foot facility.

Located at 5700 E. Airport Drive in Ontario, the property was built in 1989. It features 28-foot minimum warehouse clearance, 42 dock high doors, ESFR fire sprinkler system and a large fenced truck yard.

NKF executive managing directors Mark Kegans and Ron Washle represented the landlord, Alere Property Group in this transaction. Lee & Associates' John Seoane represented Esperia Holdings for approximately 103,432 square feet of space, while JLL's Tim O'Rourke represented Technical Consumer Products for approximately 146,816 square feet of space.
