Canadian developer Astéras is nearing completion of Astéras Kings, a boutique residential community in West Hollywood. The developer is set to launch leasing efforts this fall.

Astéras Kings will feature 25 residences with one- and two-bedroom floor plans. The developer is calling the property the first of its kind in Los Angeles and says the design is akin to mansion-style living.

Amenities include a third-floor rooftop with a covered outdoor lounge, a sundeck with a heated spa pool and daybeds, a state-of-the-art fitness studio that opens onto an enclosed yoga terrace and a private theater room equipped with a high-definition 4K projection display and surround sound ATMOS speaker system.
