Prologis has acquired a 10-building 264,847-square-foot industrial park in on Fenwick Lane Westminster from CMSS Ventures for an undisclosed price. The property is a distribution facility and is located 12 miles from the Port of Los Angeles.
Located on 12 acres, the property is fully leased and will help to meet the needs of retail and ecommerce users in Orange County. It increases Prologis' Orange County portfolio to 6.3 million square feet.
JLL's team of Louis Tomaselli, Steve Wagner and Zach Niles represented Prologis in the transaction, while Curt Stalder of Lee & Associates represented the seller.
