SAVANNAH, GA – Thrive Senior Living has acquired Savannah Commons, a senior living community in Savannah, GA. The acquisition marks the company's largest operated community to date.

The company has made a multimillion-dollar investment with plans to implement design and renovation updates within the next year. Savannah Commons currently offers 34 assisted living suites, 36 memory care suites and 142 independent living apartments, spanning nine acres of land.

Thrive Senior Living will act as investor and operator to the community, while partnering with Harvest Capital, United Community Bank and Equus Development Partners. The company purchased the property in early June.

Thrive Senior Living is a privately-held developer, operator and designer of independent living, assisted living and memory care communities across the US. The company is based in Atlanta, GA.
