DALLAS, TX – Baceline Investments LLC has acquired three shopping center properties for its core income portfolio.

The recently acquired properties encompass more than 170,000 square feet of retail space. The properties include the Westlane Shopping Center, a 71,602-square-foot retail center in Indianapolis; Cooper St Marketplace, a 75,974-square-foot multi-tenant shopping center in South Arlington, Texas; and Tarrant Parkway, a 33,171-square-foot property in Dallas, Texas.

The shopping center acquisitions raise the company's core income portfolio fund to more than $250 million in assets under management, with 49 properties spanning 2.04 million square feet across 15 states. The properties currently hold an occupancy rate of 91%. The company has acquired nine properties in total to its portfolio this year.

Baceline Investments LLC is a Denver-based, boutique private equity real estate investment and management company that focuses on acquiring, managing and selling shopping centers in secondary markets throughout the central US.
