Condo sales are picking up in Las Vegas. The Ogden, a 21-story condo tower in the market, has reached 95% sold, with only 15 condo units left.

A partnership between Dune Real Estate Properties and KRE Capital LLC purchased the asset in 2013 as DK Las Vegas. Condo sales began to increase last year, and the ownership invested $5 million in the property to capture the new demand.

The remaining condos are all in the premier collection floor plan. The units average 2,044-square-feet with four bedrooms and are priced at $739,900. The other units are two to three bedroom floor plans totaling 1,333 to 1,847 square feet and priced from $426,900 to $594,900.
