Sunroad Secured $222M for San Diego Assets

Sunroad Enterprises has secured $222.5 million to refinance a two-property apartment portfolio. The loan has a 10-year term and a fixed rate.
The portfolio has 803 total units and is located within the 232-acre Centrum Master Plan in the Kearny Mesa submarket of San Diego. The two properties include the 550-unit Vive on the Park and the 253-unit Ariva Apartments.
The JLL Capital Markets team led by senior managing directors Aldon Cole and Tim Wright and associate Bharat Madan secure the funds on behalf of Sunroad.
