NEW YORK CITY—The home construction company Toll Brothers Apartment Living closed on a 2.97-acre, fully approved development site. Saber Real Estate Advisors sold the property for $32.76 million.

The project will include 276 apartments, 25,200 square feet of retail space and 742 parking spaces. Plans also include an outdoor pool, fitness center and resident lounge. Located at 80-100 Westchester Ave., across from the Westchester Mall, the property benefits from being close to the White Plains train station and 25 miles from Manhattan.

CBRE's Jeffrey Dunne, Gene Pride and Eric Apfel represented the seller and procured the buyer.

“The team has worked tirelessly for many years obtaining approvals for this exciting development site, which has one of the best locations in Westchester County,” says Dunne. He adds, “Toll Brothers is a premier national residential builder and we look forward to watching the final stage of this development. We expect they will do very well with it.”
