Greg Schementi, Cushman & Wakefield

CHICAGO – Cushman & Wakefield names Greg Schementi as president, Americas Tenant Representation. The commercial real estate industry veteran has been appointed to the newly created position, to work alongside the firm's brokerage team and ensure clients receive platform benefits, such as insights, tools and expertise.

Throughout his 15-year career with Cushman & Wakefield, Schementi has most recently led the firm's Portfolio Solutions practice, dealing with real estate client needs across multiple markets. Prior to his last position, Schementi led the brokerage platform and business development for two Cushman & Wakefield predecessor firms. Schementi graduated from Villanova University and USC's Marshall School of Business, before beginning his career as a supply chain consultant.
