JPI has sold the Jefferson Chandler apartment building to Dallas-based Rosewood Property Co. The sales price was not disclosed. JPI developed the property in 2018.

Jefferson Chandler is a 283-unit luxury apartment community managed by Alliance Residential. It is proximate to the Chandler Fashion Center, Loop 101 and Loop 202, and as such has access to major employment centers, retail and fine dining.

The area has become known as the Silicon Desert in recent years. Intel is a top employer in the city with over 11,000 jobs and is investing $7 billion into a Chandler production facility.
