ABG Property 1 has acquired a medical office property in Los Alamitos from Nautica for $5.5 million or $759 per square foot. The property is an example of the strong investment demand for well-located medical office assets in Southern California.

Located at 10921 Cherry St., the 3-story medical office building is across the street from Los Alamitos Medical Center, a prime area for healthcare services. The property is 100% occupied by Los Alamitos Surgery Center and Ocean Plastic Surgery Center, and it has immediate access to the 605, 22, and 405 freeways the property is in a central location.

VP Steve Body and associate Grant Bullen with NAI Capital's investment services group represented the buyer in the deal.
