Mark IV Capital has acquired Crossroads Commerce Center, an industrial and commercial mixed-use property in Fernley, Nevada. The property is a 4,300-acre piece of land in an opportunity zone. Mark IV is planning what is has called a “transformational” master planned development, which has been rebranded as Victory Logistics District.

Mark IV purchased the property in partnership with Heath Rushing of New Nevada Resources. The investors will transform the property into a class-A distribution, manufacturing and commercial center.

Brett Edwards and Rex Massey of CBRE represented the buyers in the transaction. Ross Pfautz, VP of development and asset management, at Mark IV will oversee the transaction.
