Developer LMC has launched leasing at Canvas, a 240-unit luxury mixed-use development in Downtown Denver. Tenants will begin to move into the property later this month. This is the developer's seventh property in Denver.

The five-story office building features 5,200 square feet of ground floor retail space. The property has a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments, all of which have smart home capabilities.

In addition to views of the mountains and city skyline, the property features a two-story, 24-hour fitness and training facility, pool and spa courtyard, social courtyard with outdoor bar and fire pit, resident lounge with study niches and games and a rooftop sky lounge.
