Columbus Pacific Properties has broken ground on Pendry Residences Park City, a luxury ski-in, ski-out report in Park City, Utah. SB Architects is designing the project, which is scheduled for delivery in winter 2021.

The resort features 150 fully serviced guestrooms and suites, ranging in size from studios to four-bedroom penthouse residences, and the property has four unique lounge, restaurant and bar experiences, including the only rooftop bar and pool in the area. It also has 7,000 square feet of indoor meeting space, including a 4,000-square-foot ballroom.

The property is located in the new Canyons Village.
