Solera Health has signed a lease at the Monroe building in Downtown Phoenix, marking continued expansion for the medical tech firm. The firm signed an 11,000-square-foot lease at the property, augmenting its current 19,000-square-foot space in the building.
The company moved its headquarters to Downtown Phoenix last year. Since, it has raised $42 million in growth equity capital. It plans to use the funds to expand its network of community organizations and digital solutions in managing chronic diseases such as obesity and diabetes with the goal of more broadly addressing the social and behavioral determinant of health.
Danny Swancey, a partner at ViaWest Group, brokered the lease transaction.
