Pasadena high-rise 388 Cordova is the fastest selling condo project in Los Angeles. Developer Adept Urban launched sales efforts at the project in January, and it is already 60% sold.

Located in Old Town Pasadena, the 105-unit condo complex features 23,000 square feet of office space and a mix of one, two and three-bedroom luxury condominiums starting at $900,000, and penthouses priced at $5 million.

Phase 1 is expected to complete next month, and the project is scheduled to deliver by 2021.
