SpringHill Suites by Marriott Corona Riverside has traded hands between an institutional investor and Titanium Elite for an undisclosed price. Twenty Four Seven Hotels will manage the property.

Located in Corona, the four-story property has 130 guestrooms and was renovated in 2017. It is located 50 miles from Los Angeles and is proximate to corporate headquarters, colleges and universities, hospitals, retail and sports and entertainment centers.

The JLL capital markets team representing the seller was led by senior managing director Scott Hall and associates Aaron Lapping and Blake Malecha.
