ORLANDO, FL–JLL has arranged the sale of a 293-unit apartment community in Maitland, FL from Epoch Residential to Nicol Investment Co.

The mid-rise apartment complex, Maitland Station, is located at 801 Orlando Ave. on the historic, transit-oriented, Parker Lumber Yard site, adjacent to SunRail station. The complex, completed in 2018, offers a number of amenities such as a pool, lounge area, fire pit, an outdoor kitchen, gas grills, a 24-hour fitness facility, a cyber café, media room, game lounge, private conference room and a pet park with a dog washing station.

Brett Moss and Elliott Throne led the JLL Capital Markets team in representing the seller. The deal was originally secured by HFF, prior to being acquired by JLL, which provided co-brokerage services.
