Developer Ensemble Investments has completed 442 Residences, a seven-story, 94-unit apartment project in Downtown Long Beach. Architecture firm Studio T-Square 2 designed the mid-century modern-themed project.

442 Residences is on a 2-acre mixed-use campus with 444 West Ocean, a 15-story 188,000 square foot office building and 10,000 square feet of retail space including the Aroma di Roma Café. It is located across the street from the $520 million Long Beach Civic Center development, set to house the new City Hall, Port of Long Beach headquarters and the Main Library.

The property is currently welcoming new residents.
