An office building adjacent to Cedars-Sinai has traded hands for $7.2 million between two private investors. The 5,100-square-foot property currently has mixed tenancy with office, medical and retail; however, the new ownership plans to use the property for medical office.
Located at 8741 Alden, the property is a stand-alone bow-truss building originally built in 1947.
NKF's senior managing directors Steven Salas and Daniel Chiprut represented the seller, a local family office, in the deal.
