Bleutech Park Properties has announced plans to build a digital infrastructure city in Las Vegas. The project—which is the first of its kind in the world—is a collection of net-zero buildings within their own insular mini-city and will cost $7.5 billion to build.
Bleutech Park Las Vegas will feature automated multi-functional designs, renewable energies from solar/wind/water/kinetic, autonomous vehicles, artificial intelligence (AI), augmented reality, Internet of Things (IoT), robotics, supertrees, and self-healing concrete structures.
Martin-Harris Construction and technology leader Cisco are partnering with Bleutech Park Properties on the project.
