Carmel Partners has signed a 50,000-square-foot lease with Whole Foods at its Cumulus District development in Los Angeles’ Westside. The new location will be a flagship for the grocery brand.
The transit-oriented community is located at the corner of Jefferson and La Cienega Boulevards at 3321 La Cienega Blvd. The project includes 1,210 apartments, a one-acre public park and plaza, and 100,000 square feet of grocery-anchored retail and restaurant space.
The terms of the lease transaction were not disclosed.
