The Ensign Group has acquired Mainplace Senior Living, a 91-bed assisted living facility in Orange, California, for an undisclosed price. The property will be under a a long-term, triple-net lease.

Ensign also acquired two other senior living properties on the same day, bringing its total senior housing portfolio to 200 skilled nursing operations, 27 of which also include assisted living operations, 57 assisted and independent living operations, 26 home health agencies, 28 hospice agencies and nine home care businesses across sixteen states.

The property shares a campus setting with Mainplace Post Acute, a 163-bed skilled nursing facility acquired by an Ensign affiliate earlier this year.
