NEW YORK – Cushman & Wakefield has been exclusively retained to market 3083 Webster Avenue, an 84,000-square-foot development site in the Bronx.
The scalable development site located in an inclusionary housing zone in the Norwood section of the Bronx, currently hosts a Shell gas station, with a triple-net lease expiring in September 2021. The 15,000-square-foot lot has 84,000 buildable square feet available.
The property is located near numerous bus lines and the 205th Street subway station, which is serviced by the D train. The lot is also situated minutes away from Fordham University’s campus.
Team members Jonathan Squires, Michael Fioravanti, Josh Neustadter, Addison Berniker and Shayne Soltan of Cushman & Wakefield will lead the marketing efforts on behalf of the property’s seller.
Cushman & Wakefield is one of the largest real estate services firm, with 51,000 employees in 400 offices across 70 countries. In 2018, the global firm had $8.2 billion in revenue.
