A joint venture between Seefried Properties and Crow Holdings Capital has acquired a 24-acre development site inside the Meridian Business Park in Riverside, California. The developers plan to build three industrial buildings totaling 375,000 square feet.

The development will feature 32foot clear height, 60 trailer spaces, 65 dock doors and 387 auto stalls.  Each individual building will range in size from 100,000 square feet to 150,000 square feet.

Construction will begin in November, with a scheduled delivery for second quarter 2020.
