Marwest Plans Major Industrial Build in West Phoenix

The developer plans a $53 million three-building industrial project totaling 720,000 square feet.

Marwest Enterprises has announced plans to build a new major industrial facility in West Phoenix. The developer has partnered with an unnamed institutional partner to build a three-building industrial facility totaling 720,000 square feet. The project will cost $53 million.

Known as Logic Park 91, the development sits on 44 acres. The buildings will range in size from 230,000 square feet to more than 250,000 square feet of leasable space and will be delivered simultaneously to meet the market’s significant demand. The project was designed to provide tenants with a diverse range of spacing options, devisable down to 20,000 SF, as well as single building identity. It will deliver in the second quarter of 2020.

Alliance Bank of Arizona provided the construction financing.
