NEW YORK – Helmsley Spear LLC has announced that WeWork signed a 56,000-square-foot lease at 83 Maiden Lane in the Financial District of Manhattan. Helmsley Spear president, Kent M. Swig and executive vice president Andrew Simon represented both the landlord, AHRC New York City and the tenant, WeWork.
