KNOXVILLE, TN – Realty Trust Group (RTG) has been selected to manage West Tennessee Healthcare’s 1.2-million-square-foot real estate portfolio. The non-hospital portfolio includes clinics, medical office buildings and operational facilities throughout western Tennessee and eastern Missouri.

RTG’s portfolio management for West Tennessee Healthcare will include exclusive services such as lease administration, transactions, advisory, project management and special projects. West Tennessee Healthcare will continue to handle day-to-day property management, while RTG will assist in advising on budget constraints navigating the healthcare system. The firm will work with stakeholders on cost reduction opportunities and growth strategies to expand services.

West Tennessee Healthcare is a public, non-for-profit healthcare system with more than 7,000 employees and 130 providers in 44 locations. The system serves a geographical area of more than a half a million people in 19 counties across Tennessee and Missouri.
