Renovations at The Green at Glenpointe Campus Nearing Completion

TEANECK, NJ—Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, the developer and operator of the Glenpointe office campus here, reports that it is nearing completion of major renovations to one of the park’s more notable amenity.
Work on The Green, a 22,000-square-foot outdoor amenity is scheduled to be completed later this month, The Green bolsters Glenpointe’s amenity offerings with Wi-Fi connectivity and ample patio seating options including benches, tables and chairs to accommodate a variety of uses. Lush landscaping, new stone pathways and multi-tiered patio areas that Alfred Sanzari notes create a tranquil environment right outside of tenants’ doors.

A longstanding centerpiece of the outdoor space at Glenpointe, the fountain will remain a key focal point of The Green with flora, greenery and inviting seating areas encircling it to provide scenic views as well as shaded areas. Additionally, a blend of abundant natural light and soft LED lighting will accentuate the space’s features.

The 50-acre campus, Glenpointe totals more than 650,000 square feet of Class-A office space and also features 700 guest rooms across three on-site hotels and the 26,000-square-foot Glenpointe Spa and Fitness Center. The campus offers an assortment of culinary options and experiences including a cafeteria, a restaurant, a wine bar, a lounge, and Fooda, a pop-up food service that brings top local restaurants directly to Glenpointe.
Alfred Sanzari also notes that multi-million-dollar capital improvement plan at Glenpointe also includes a renovation of interior common areas and outdoor tenant terraces, the addition of a dedicated management and leasing office, and upgrades to design fixtures and lighting throughout the complex.
Significant enhancements have been made to the Spa & Fitness Center including all new state-of-the-art exercise equipment, new flooring and fully renovated locker rooms and facilities. HydroMassage chairs, which use heated water to provide a relaxing experience, have also been added providing tenants and guests with the benefits of massage while remaining fully clothed. Upgrades to the Sun Deck, an outdoor veranda adjacent to the Spa & Fitness Center, are scheduled to take place soon, according to Alfred Sanzari.
Last month, Hackensack, NJ-based Alfred Sanzari Enterprises announced the appointment of John Melville to the role of general manager of Glenpointe.
