NJ-Based Denholtz Signs Three Deals at Downtown Tampa Building
Among the new transactions was the new lease with Hazen and Sawyer, D.P.C., for 8,635 square feet, as well as a renewal and expansion for Barbara J. Prasse, P.A. for 2,416 square feet and a renewal with American Mortgage Services for 2,236 square feet.
TAMPA, FL—Denholtz Properties of Red Bank, NJ reports it has signed three new lease deals totaling more than 13,000 square feet at The Times Building at 1000 N. Ashley Ave. here.
Among the new transactions was the new lease with Hazen and Sawyer, D.P.C., for 8,635 square feet, as well as a renewal and expansion for Barbara J. Prasse, P.A. for 2,416 square feet and a renewal with American Mortgage Services for 2,236 square feet.
Hazen and Sawyer, D.P.C. were represented by Curtis Dean of CD Commercial Real Estate Services.
The Times Building is a 10-story, 180,000-square-foot office building that is located across the street from the Straz Performing Arts Center and is part of the resurgent Tampa Cultural Arts District.
Denholtz Properties recently completed a year-long $1.5 million renovation project at the building that included a complete lobby renovation, new restrooms, the addition of a new fitness center and a café operated by Inside the Box Catering.
The new and renewed leases mark the ongoing success of Denholtz Properties’ vision for the building and the long-term stability of the asset, the building ownership states.

1000 North Ashley currently has leasing opportunities in a variety of configurations ranging from 900-square feet to 16,000-square feet. The property also offers easy access to I-275, the main highway throughout the Tampa Bay region and is just a short drive away from the Tampa International Airport.
In another recent deal at one of its Florida properties, Denholtz Properties announced in late July it had signed a new lease for 10,800 square feet of industrial/ flex space with TECO Peoples Gas at 3702 Silver Star Road in the Silver Star Commerce Center in Orlando.
