Developer AREAD Management Inc. and investment firm Varde Partners have acquired a 290-acre residential development site in San Tan Valley, Arizona. Skyline & Quail sold the land site for $8.7 million.
The developers plan to build Skyline Estates, a residential development planned for over 1,000 lots. It is located at Skyline Drive and Quail Run Lane in Pinal County.
Kidder Mathews land broker, Brian Rosella, represented the seller in the transaction.
