Logistics company Dermody Properties has signed a 244,000-square-foot lease at the LogistiCenter at I-80 in Reno. The company, which focuses on the logistics real estate sector, will occupy building 3 at the property.
LogistiCenter at I-80 is a 794,000-square-foot master-planned industrial park with four buildings. Buildings 1, 2 and 4 are now fully leased. Building 3 has 104,000 square feet still available.
