Condo project Optima Kierland Center in Phoenix has outsold other, similar condo projects in the market. According to the eponymous development firm, Optima, the project has sold 14-times faster than other developments.

Optima Kierland Center has surpassed its 300th sale. The property has averaged 13 sales per month since launching sale efforts.

The property is made of four towers. The first two total 220 units and are fully sold out. The 12-story 7180 Optima Kierland tower is comprised of 202 units, which are currently for sale. The tower has one-, two- and three-bedroom homes. It will deliver in 2020.
