Fore Property Opens Two New Apartment Builds in SoCal
The multifamily developer opens Arte in Rancho Cucamonga and Las Positas in Camarillo.
The two properties are a return to the Southern California market for the developer and total 395 units. Arte is a 182-unit complex, while Las Positas has 213 units.
The developer has two other properties under construction, a 330-unit project in Oxnard and a 302-unit project in Monrovia.
